Today, I introduce a new series to promote the discipline of meditation. Whether you call it prayer, tarrying, supplication, communion, or devotion, I have come to the conclusion that meditation is the only way to address individual WILL. The change that you hope for will only come as you are able to overcome the barriers of distraction, fear, and denial. You must systematically work internally toward enlightenment–a consistent light of joy, acceptance, and purpose. This is something that no amount of money, pleading, space, or love given to you by others can accomplish. It is the work of the “I” to define “I AM.”
