#8. The aloe plant is packed with benefits for our health.

It is said that the Aloe plant has been around for many years dating back to the Stone Age. This amazing plant, native to Africa, is packed with wonderful benefits to keep us healthy. Not only are Aloe plants easy to grow, they are also easy maintenance. Another great thing about them is their versatility.
You can get aloe gel by cutting open one of the plant’s leaves. The clear, gelled content is known for its healing ability. Use it on burns, wounds, and rashes. It is also used to moisturize the skin. Its performance has been proven many times over.

Aloe juice is clear and practically tasteless. It can be added to other drinks for added nutrition. Remove 8-12 ounces from your 64 ounce, 100% juice container and replace the missing ounces with aloe juice. This is a way to sneak in some extra nutrients for picky spouses or finicky kids.

Always use caution if you are pregnant. Aloe juice can support uterine contractions.
